As the name suggests, the cell is for enhancing and providing valuable guidance and single platform for Reseach in Hansraj college.The cell was formed, keeping in mind the grave importance of scientific enquiry, data based solutions and creative and rigorous thinking as fundamental outcomes of education.  

Accordingly, we hold as our guiding principles, the following objectives- 

• Bridging the gap in communication between teachers and students in the matters important to research. We have in accordance, worked to organise workshops, discussions, sessions etc. that address both technical necessities and important ideas. 
• Creating a vibrant atmosphere, where technical research is discussed, encouraged and actively participated in by the entire college community. We seek to accompmaking interesting new ideas  accessible.
