Motivation is the process that initiates guides and maintains goal- oriented behavior. Motivation is what explains why people or animals initiate or terminate a certain behavior at a particular time. Motivational states are commonly understood as forces acting within the agent that created a disposition to engage in goal- directed behavior. It is often held that different mental states compete with each other and that only the strongest states determine behavior. This means that we can be motivated to do something without actually doing it. The paramagnetic mental state, like beliefs about what one ought to do or intentions may also provide motivation. The motto of our Udaan society is to improve the motivational level of students, enhance their confidence, to make them enthusiastic, cheerful and motivated to achieve their goals. Our society also helps to increase the IQ level of students and develops critical thinking among them. Our society invites eminent personalities from different walks of life so that students can interact with them and can develop their personalities and can give the right path for their future.
