NAAC Grade A++ with CGPA 3.71 NIRF Rank # 12 (Amongst Colleges)Hansraj college has setup three research centres namely Mahatma Hansraj Research Center (MHRC) in Life Sciences, Mahatma Hansraj Research Center (MHRC) in Linguistics and VVRI (Vishveshvaranand Vedic Research Institute) Center to carry out subject-specific and interdisciplinary research. Besides, each science department have a research laboratory. The college have a Research Committee that encouraged the Faculty of different departments of the college to approach UGC, DST and other funding agencies for doing research in their specific areas and in fact many have obtained funds from UGC, DST-SERB, DBT, NMPB and other funding agencies to carry out research.
