• Obtained the certificate from HIS HOLINESS SHANKARACHARYA SWANANDASHRAM HARI PRIZE for being the best candidate in the B.A. (Hons.) Sanskrit Examination held in 1989.
• National Scholarship for two years on account of having stood first in B.A.(Hons.) University Examination in 1989.
• Got “Pratibha Puraskar” from Delhi Sanskrit Academy on account of scoring 76% marks in B.A.(Hons.) Sanskrit Examination in 1989.
• Awarded “Sanskrit Samaradhaka Sammana” in 2005 and 2006 by Delhi Sanskrit Academy.
• Qualified UGC test for JRF and eligibility for lecturership held in January,1991.
